As the High Holy Days draw near, our Board has spent countless hours discussing the best way we can offer a gratifying and meaningful spiritual experience for members in our Jewish community. We have taken our responsibility very seriously to ensure the health and safety of everyone. We want to thank each of you who responded to our High Holy Days survey. Based on this feedback and our many discussions as a Board, we have decided that our High Holy Day services this year will be virtual and live, using the StreamSpot technology funded by the Jewish Foundation of Greater Phoenix.
We are happy to announce our Rabbi Emerita Nina Perlmutter and our Cantorial Soloist Lynne Nemeth will be leading our services this year. Their hope is to adapt our music and tradition in a most inspirational manner
Services will be available to stream here on our website as well as on our Facebook page.
High Holy Day Honors
High Holiday Honors will be offered by the Ritual Practices Committee and will be given to selected individuals before each service. Congregation Lev Shalom proudly continues its tradition of honoring both those who contribute their time and services to the community and those whose extra generosity helps to sustain our wonderful community.
