Exodus 38:21-40:38
An audit is made of all the fine donations (gold, silver, copper) and those needed to make the garments for the Kohanim.
The Mishkan is brought to Moses in pieces for him to construct and anoint. Moses initiates Aaron and his sons into the priesthood. The Divine presence is seen as a cloud above the Mishkan. When the cloud is there, the people of Israel have a day of rest. When the cloud leaves the Mishkan, the feel free to go about their day and journey.
