Simchat Torah Weekend Friday, Oct 2nd - Sunday, Oct 4th

Rabbi Debbie Stiel, recently retired, resides in Phoenix after serving six years there as the Associate Rabbi of Temple Solel. Her 32-year rabbinate also included leading and helping to lead Reform congregations in Kansas and Nebraska and actively engaging in community organizations and activities.

An alumna of the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, she deeply integrates spiritual practice into her leadership. Rabbi Stiel graduated from Rice University and was ordained by Hebrew Union College, which awarded her an honorary Doctorate of Divinity in 2019. She is married to Steve Stiel, and they share two sons, a daughter-in-law, and one (near perfect!) grandson.
